For your convenience, parents have control over when and what their students order by utilizing the My Food Days platform.  Parents must visit the My Food Days website to place lunch orders. Due to the availability of food items, menus are subject to change.

 

When are orders due?  

The ordering deadline is each Sunday evening by midnight for the following week, however, orders can be placed up to one month in advance.  

 

I entered an order on time, why was it canceled?

Any orders in the system that are not paid for by Sunday at midnight will be canceled. Additionally, if you have an outstanding balance, your order may be cancelled if unpaid by the deadline.

 

What if I need to cancel an order?

Office staff will not be handling cancellations this year.  If you need to cancel a lunch order due to an absence, it is your responsibility to log in to My Food Days by 8 AM the morning of the absence and make a cancellation.  Funds from the cancelled items will be credited to your account for future orders. After 8 AM, we will not be able to accept cancellations, and you will be charged for the meal.  

What is the cost of lunch?

We use a la carte pricing for each of our lunch items. Please log in to My Food Days to see our menu and prices.

What forms of payment will be accepted?

Online payment options include debit/credit card, PayPal, and eCheck.  If you need to pay in cash, set up your order in My Food Days to see the balance and then bring cash to the school before the ordering deadline (Sunday evening) to have your order finalized.

What if my student qualifies for the free/reduced lunch program?

This platform will also be used to place orders for students who qualify for MCAA's free and reduced lunch program.  If you feel your student(s) may be eligible, please contact the school office (973-2529) for more information.  Students participating in this program will receive instructions through a separate email.

Oops, I forgot to order! Will my child go hungry?

If your child realizes they do not have a lunch, they should notify their teacher who will work with our lunch staff to deliver them an "emergency lunch order" from our main menu items.  Your account will be charged for the items ordered.

Help!  I need a reminder to order each week!

To receive a weekly reminder text each Sunday at 2 PM, text the message @LUNCH to the number 22300.
